Concept

In order to live the dream or also to let the idea manifest in this reality, it needs the means of the conception.
Realization of an idea, portability, resilience, stability and also economy are in our society the most important cornerstones for living and so the concept should question and illuminate exactly these points. Thinking backwards, the possible ways and necessary steps, thought through from the target to the starting position, based on 'SMART', 'QM' and ‘PERMA’ criteria are worked out and become the core of the concept.

With this concept, several paths can then be taken. One is the way to the public, the "crowdfunding". This requires an optimal multimedia campaign in blogs, social media or even public media, good cooperation partnerships and very good networking with the target groups and other campaigns. The other way is a solid "non-disclosure agreement" and going to investment companies, banks or state - private funding.

In some cases all ways are also feasible, a good conception illuminates this in detail and weighs.

Essential persuasiveness

the building blocks of a good concept

The structure and content must not only convince the target group, but also be low-threshold and barrier-free.
For this, different target groups must be addressed, but at least the side of the investors:*:inside and of course the target groups of the conceptual content, the idea or the dream that is to be realized. Thus, simple directional guidelines can be found in the literature, here in the form of a simple 10-point list:

  • Identify the target group
  • The idea - the dream behind the concept
  • Strategies and measures: Which paths lead to the goal, which steps are necessary on the paths
  • Enterprising spirit

P - Positive Emotions: Feeling good and being optimistic
E - Engagement (commitment): To be absorbed in an activity
R - Relationships (social relationships): Having close relationships with others
M - Meaning (meaningfulness): Belonging to something greater than oneself
A - Achievements: The feeling of having achieved something

  • Concept Outline :

           1. ‘Title’ of the concept
           2. introduction
           3. initial situation
           4. goals

S - specific describe the goal as concretely as possible!
M - measurable : numbers, statistics, projections, history
A - attractive : formulate goals in a challenging and positive way
                 R - realistic : achievable goal
T - scheduled : set timeline and milestones for the journey

          5. target group
          6. planned measures
          7. premises
          8. staff/volunteers
          9. cooperation, partners, networks
        10. evaluation, documentation, perspective

  • Breaking down complex issues and describing them in simple, understandable language
  • Present solutions
  • Clarify strategies, in writing and through media
  • Check concept QM feedback for comprehensibility and revise and refine if necessary
